TAP is proud to be a founding sponsor of the Center for Companies That Care, a not-for-profit organization founded in 2002 to encourage and recognize the highest standards of corporate citizenship. Each year the Center releases the Companies That Care Honor Roll, a list of organizations recognized for exhibiting ten characteristics identified as the hallmarks of a company that values its employees and their communities. TAP was proud to be named to the Companies That Care Honor Roll in March 2003.

In keeping with TAP's mission to be Connected to Care, the values emphasized by Companies That Care of creating a positive, empowering culture and placing a premium on giving back to the community are central to the organization's operations.
